Last weekend I gathered with 1,200 women in Austin, Texas, and more than 40,000 online for the first IF:Gathering. Truth be told, both attendees and organizers weren’t quite sure what to expect.
The vision to “gather, equip, and unleash the next generation of women to live out their purpose” was clear but everything else was vague. But I’ve never seen anything like it y’all. Women boldly and bravely stepped up, and out of their comfort zones…they travelled alone, they bunked up with practical strangers, they opened up their homes and churches to friends…in hopes that God would move.
And move He did. Through worship, through words spoken on the stage, and through the nudging from the new friends we broke bread with.
I’m still unpacking the whole experience but wanted to get some pictures up for you to browse through. If you would like to experience IF:Gathering, it’s not too late.

I’m so very proud of, and grateful for, Jennie Allen {the IF founder}, Jessica Taylor and Amy Brown {the IF staff}, Paige, Jadee, Jordyn and Kalie {the IF interns}, the leadership team, the advisory team and everyone else whose blood, sweat and tears brought this thing to life. So proud.
Were you in Austin or online? If so, I’d love to hear how your experience was in the comments.
